Apogee Health Care Professionals Services
Apogee believes in serving. We serve our employees to give them the skills, training and promote the compassion to serve our clients (your loved one). Our caregivers are licensed and bonded, and may be a NAC or a HCA. Our team of supervisors have experience in serving the senior care clients that inspire the highest level of service.
Our initial visit will include two assessments. First, a home safety assessment that addresses the physical surroundings of the client’s home. Our supervisor will address concerns that can be conveyed through this valuable service. The main assessment addresses or determines what service may be required or requested of our qualified caregivers. Home care services include professional support services that allow your loved one to live safely in their home. We help with the chronic issues of aging, recovering from a medical event, or a disability. We provide short or long-term care.
Apogee believes our team of caregivers can be the key to achieving the highest quality of life possible. We enable your loved one to live safely and securely, while providing increased independence in their home. We strive to help your loved one with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Companionship and relationship building start with our EIEIO concept.
- Enjoy &
through our mission of service.
Home Care Services
Our company aids in self-care, including toileting. Also, promote safety with ambulation and transfers, as well as contribute to meal planning & preparations. We engage in chores of everyday life including light housekeeping, laundry and medication reminders. Apogee enjoys promoting hobbies and activities that have been a mainstay of your loved one.
Our company honors the service that Veteran’s and their families have given us so that we at Apogee can serve others.
Elderly Care Services
At Apogee, we love the dementia client who is pleasantly confused through out their day or the client who may not know who they are today. We walk side by side with the client and the family to make the journey together through all the ups and downs that dementia and Alzheimer’s can bring. Families often choose Apogee as an alternative to community living to allow their loved ones to age in place with a familiar environment. Living with memory loss is difficult for everyone and our team is here to help. As needs change, so do we; with support with our wide range of services. We believe we integrate family, client, and caregivers, seamlessly.
